So Madison…..Q. 2011 changed your life dramatically; do you have much in store for 2012?
A. Yes, let’s just say this year has been my year. For 2012 I hope to make myself more famous upon my music and hopefully get to a bigger record label. But most importantly I want to have fun.
Q. When you say ’fun’, other magazines and news reporters have seen you shopping, clubbing and out with your friends, do you find this affects the way you produce music?
A. I find the way I am socially helps me out with the music I produce yes, for instance the name of my song ‘’Spend Out’’ was inspired by my trip in Las Vegas.
Q. Your music partner Justin who has been featured in a couple of your songs, you met in Vegas right?
A. Yes I met Justin in Vegas, not knowing he was a music producer, he mentioned when I was out there that he likes the uniqueness of my voice and said ‘’I’d like to work by your side.’’
Q. You say you’re just friends, paparazzi captured photos of you looking rather close with Justin whilst shopping together, does this turn the volume up between you two?
A. We only went shopping I assure you but as I mentioned on the Mtv awards ‘’me and Justin are only partners when we are creating music’’.
Q. Rumors imply that you will be performing at V festival 2012, is this true?
A. Don’t believe everything you hear…… but that would be pretty incredible.
Q. Your album ‘Before the Worst’ comes across as an emotional piece of work, you use ‘He’ in your songs, is this referring to a certain man or boy from childhood?
A. Yes the album was based upon a certain someone and what we had been through over the years together.
Q. You seem quite open about the relationship, is it a sore subject still?
A. Unfortunately it didn’t work out between us, but I value are friendship, and glad we have remained friends.
Q. Madi, is there any artist out there that you look up to or would like to work alongside with?
A. People say my music relates to Adele in a lot of ways, as we write and sing about similar things. so you could say I look up to her as such. I would really like to work alongside the likes of BeyoncĂ© and Rihanna, I also love Lady Gaga’s quirkiness.

A. Most defiantly performing at the O2 Arena in London, the crowd was amazing and it was such a great experience.
Q. We heard it was a sellout concert, did you ever believe you could become this famous in such short time?
A. Well to be honest I have been dedicated to singing for quite some time, starting of singing in pubs and moving to more bigger gigs in local areas. But never did I imagine being where I am today, which I could not have done without my family and fans, I love them all.
